Reservations:
A deposit of a check or credit card in the amount of one night’s stay will confirm reservations, with the balance being due upon arrival. There is a minimum stay of two nights on Friday and Saturday, and a three night minimum stay Memorial Week-end, 4th of July, Labor Day, Apple festival, and other peak Holiday Week-ends. Cancellations:
• Valhalla Trail Lodge requires the deposit of the first nights lodging for nightly stays by personal check, money order, Visa or Master Card. • Holiday week(s) (December 22-January 2) Four night minimum stay. • Valhalla Trail Lodge reserves the right to reassign (to the same size or bigger) accommodations without notice if the need arises. • All reservations must be held on a valid credit card as a damage deposit • All damages are the responsibility of the card holder • There is a two night minimum stay on the weekends and four nights during the holiday week(s) (December 22-January 2) if the need arises to leave early you must pay for any nights left on the reservation. • If deposit is not received by the date it is due the reservation will be automatically cancelled. • Reservations must be cancelled 21 days in advance to receive a full refund.
